ARSLAN CLASSICS programmes consist of a defined number of individual sessions and package-level support rights; they are not strict thirty-day subscriptions. Students may complete their lessons more quickly where mutual scheduling permits. The first main session must take place within fourteen days of the package start, and each following main session must normally take place within fourteen days of the previous one.
Each package includes one student-initiated make-up right. Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Later cancellations, a second student cancellation and sessions missed without notice are treated as used. A make-up session must take place within fourteen days of its original date and cannot be postponed a second time.
When a student arrives late, the educator may try to restore the time where the schedule permits, but an extension is not guaranteed. When time is lost because of educator lateness, cancellation or technical problems, the student’s full lesson entitlement remains protected.
With Giray Arslan’s approval in advance, four-session packages may be arranged as four separate sessions, one block plus two separate sessions, or two block sessions on different days. A block lasts approximately 90–100 minutes including a short break and uses two lesson credits. All four credits cannot be combined into one session lasting more than three hours. The Focus Session in SIGNATURE remains separate from this block system.
Between-session support depends on the selected program and may be used while the package is active. Routine messages are answered within the relevant program’s stated business-day period. Questions and assignments requiring detailed review may take longer. New educational work may not be submitted after the package has concluded.
Lessons are not recorded automatically. Recording requires clear prior consent. Personalised materials created by the educator are provided for the student’s own education and may not be reproduced, published or distributed without permission.
Packages do not renew automatically. Each new package is separately approved, paid and scheduled. Serious health-related, family or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed individually through direct communication.
Zoom is the standard lesson platform; Google Meet may be used when technically necessary, with WhatsApp video as a final fallback where appropriate. Payment is made manually by bank transfer after programme approval; bank details are not published on the website.
Mathematics and academic work are designed to strengthen the student’s own reasoning and responsibility. Assignments are not completed on the student’s behalf, live examinations are not answered, and impersonation or any work that breaches academic integrity is not accepted.
