Shared framework

For every standard package.

Giray Arslan programs consist of a defined number of individual sessions and package-level support rights; they are not strict thirty-day subscriptions. Students may complete their lessons more quickly where mutual scheduling permits. The first main session must take place within fourteen days of the package start, and each following main session must normally take place within fourteen days of the previous one.

Each package includes one student-initiated make-up right. Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Later cancellations, a second student cancellation and sessions missed without notice are treated as used. A make-up session must take place within fourteen days of its original date and cannot be postponed a second time.

When a student arrives late, the educator may try to restore the time where the schedule permits, but an extension is not guaranteed. When time is lost because of educator lateness, cancellation or technical problems, the student’s full lesson entitlement remains protected.

Four-session packages may be arranged as four separate sessions, one block plus two separate sessions, or two block sessions. A block lasts approximately 90–100 minutes and uses two lesson credits. The format does not change the package price or total teaching time.

Between-session support depends on the selected program and may be used while the package is active. Routine messages are answered within the relevant program’s stated business-day period. Questions and assignments requiring detailed review may take longer. New educational work may not be submitted after the package has concluded.

Lessons are not recorded automatically. Recording requires clear prior consent. Personalised materials created by the educator are provided for the student’s own education and may not be reproduced, published or distributed without permission.

Packages do not renew automatically. Each new package is separately approved, paid and scheduled. Serious health-related, family or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed individually through direct communication.

Payment and confirmation

Standard payment is made manually by bank transfer unless another method is introduced. A package is confirmed after programme approval, payment and basic scheduling agreement. Packages do not renew automatically.

Refund before the first main session

A full refund may be requested in writing at least 24 hours before the first main session, provided that no individual service has yet been delivered. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

After a programme has started

Student-initiated withdrawal after a programme has started does not automatically create a partial-refund right. If the educator cannot continue, unused sessions may be moved to a later date or the unused portion may be refunded.

Technical responsibility

The student is responsible for device, connection, camera, microphone and material readiness. Time lost because of the educator or platform is restored; the fallback order is Zoom, Google Meet and, where appropriate, WhatsApp video.

Health and extraordinary circumstances

Health-related and extraordinary circumstances are reviewed individually through direct communication with the educator. The public form does not request unnecessary medical or private information.
