Information submitted through the application form is processed to evaluate programme fit, manage the application and contact you. It is not made public or added to unrelated marketing lists.

Information collected

Name, email, optional phone number, programme choice and a brief description of the goal; for a child, their age group, and an optional current level. For spam prevention, a limited one-way technical fingerprint is generated instead of storing the raw IP address.

Applications from minors

A parent or legal guardian applies on behalf of a child or teenager. Important programme, payment and scheduling communication remains with the responsible adult.

Application notification

Form details are delivered to Giray Arslan in a secure transactional email for review. The application is also retained in the application database.

Retention, access and deletion

Application records are retained only for as long as they are needed for evaluation and communication. You may request access, correction or deletion by email. Any records that must be retained by law remain subject to those obligations.
