Information submitted through the application form is processed to evaluate programme fit, manage the application and contact you. It is not made public or added to unrelated marketing lists.

Information collected

Identity and contact details; country, city and time zone; age group; learning goals, experience and availability; selected programme and lesson format. For spam prevention, a limited one-way technical fingerprint is generated instead of storing the raw IP address.

Applications from minors

For children and teenagers, a parent or legal guardian remains involved. Important programme, payment and scheduling communication is kept visible to the responsible adult, and the form requires guardian details.

Retention, access and deletion

Application records are retained only for as long as they are needed for evaluation and communication. You may request access, correction or deletion by email. Any records that must be retained by law remain subject to those obligations.
